Requirements

Your responsibilities include:

Exhibiting enthusiasm for delivering projects and programs, fostering a strong culture of accountability, proactivity, and the creation of business value.

Guaranteeing the successful end-to-end delivery of SAP SCT, SAP Disclosure Management, and core SAP platform solutions on time, defect-free, and within the allocated budget.

Applying extensive expertise in project and program delivery methodologies pragmatically to enable ESG reporting capabilities and drive business transformation.

Proactively identifying and managing risks across the project scope and the broader ecosystem, implementing practical and effective mitigation measures.

Communicating clearly and effectively, using strong verbal and written skills to provide transparent, fact-based updates to stakeholders, leadership, and teams.

Detailed Stakeholder Management

Recognizing and engaging key stakeholders across business functions, digital domains, external partners, and ESG data providers.

Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on sustainability requirements, reporting needs, and desired solution outcomes.

Communicating with clarity and intent, actively listening, addressing concerns promptly, and incorporating feedback to improve delivery and adoption.

Providing timely and effective visibility into project progress, risks, and opportunities, building stakeholder confidence and satisfaction.
