Working Knowledge / Review of below areas :
Inventory management of housekeeping consumables and organizational assets, including periodic physical verification
Validation of vendor invoices in line with agreed contractual terms and rates.
Conduct / Review of training programs for third-party/outsourced staff and related training records
Oversight of physical security arrangements across the premises
Monitoring access control systems, visitor management processes, security guard deployment, and material movement
Planning, coordination, and documentation of mock drills related to fire safety, evacuation procedures, and medical emergencies
Working knowledge of fire safety standards and safety compliance requirements
Monitoring performance and service delivery of facility management vendors, including housekeeping, transport, canteen, and allied services
