Graduate

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA

• 4 - 8 years of IT industry experience in SAP domain.

• Should have excellent communication skills.

• Have strong analytical and logical skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer SAP Analytics Cloud tenant settings, user management, and role assignments
• Manage SAP Datasphere spaces, storage allocation, and system monitoring
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, data flows, and integration problems between SAP and non-SAP systems
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and performance optimization for both platforms
• Create and manage support users for SAP technical assistance when required
• Work on enhancements / troubleshoot issues in SAC/ Datasphere
• Provide end-user training on SAC story design, dashboard creation, and analytics features
• Resolve user access issues and manage role-based permissions across both platforms
• Support business users with report development, data modeling, and self-service analytics capabilities
• Assist with any migration from legacy BW/BPC systems to modern SAC/Datasphere architecture
• Oversee data integration processes between SAP Datasphere and various source systems ,
• Monitor data quality, governance, and catalog management within Datasphere environments [4],
• Manage connections to SAP and non-SAP systems, including real-time and batch data flows ,
• Support semantic modeling, business layer development, and consumption model creation

• Support ticket response times and resolution rates according to SLA requirements

• User satisfaction scores for training sessions and issue resolution

• System uptime and performance metrics for SAC and Datasphere environments
