Burson is looking for a Senior Account Executive - Digital to support client relationships and integrated communications programs while ensuring seamless execution of digital and communications initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of digital communications, content strategy, media relations, social media trends, stakeholder management, and client servicing. The candidate will work closely with senior team members to deliver impactful campaigns, support business development efforts, and contribute to team growth and client success.
What you'll do:
Support the planning and execution of integrated communications and digital campaigns for client accounts.
Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery of projects and high-quality service.
Develop and manage client-facing materials, including reports, presentations, campaign summaries, and communication documents.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media developments, and emerging digital platforms to identify opportunities for clients.
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and relevant stakeholders to drive visibility and engagement.
Utilize Generative AI tools for research, content ideation, planning, and communications support.
Assist in new business development through research, competitive analysis, and brainstorming for pitches.
Support team development by mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Experience that contributes to success:
2-3 years of experience in digital communications, public relations, integrated communications, or client servicing roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content, influencer engagement, and online reputation management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create client-ready content and reports.
Experience managing multiple projects and client stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application across communications and content development.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining high service standards.
