Burson India is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. Based at the client's office in Noida, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about media relations, communications, and brand storytelling. As an Account Executive, you will support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, manage media outreach, develop engaging content, and assist with day-to-day account management activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in public relations and strategic communications.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR content.
  • Research media contacts and maintain media databases.
  • Monitor media coverage and create media reports.
  • Support in planning and executing PR events or campaigns.
  • Track industry trends and relevant news.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and team coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content or information.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Embeds Burson proprietary AI tools as a core part of the marketing workflow - applying them to competitor research, content development, campaign performance analysis, and audience strategy to make marketing decisions faster and more informed.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and build relationships with key influencers and community contacts to optimize channels.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • 1+ years of experience in public relations or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Candidate should be currently based in Noida / Greater Noida and be comfortable working from the client's office four days a week.
  • You must possess a strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations to drive relevance and efficiency
