Title: Windows BIOS Validation

Job Description:
Support weekly and bi-weekly manual validation of Windows BIOS and firmware components across multiple platforms.
Drive issue identification, deep-dive debugging, and resolution in close partnership with BIOS/FW development teams and validation lead.
Own validation of critical firmware features including UEFI, ACPI, Security, Power and Windows boot flows.
Analyze failures, document findings, and deliver clear, actionable test reports aligned with quality gates.
Actively participate in cross-functional triage and root cause analysis to unblock delivery and improve FW quality.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in Windows OS architecture, BIOS, and firmware validation.
Proven experience validating firmware domains such as security, power management, display, and platform bring-up.
High proficiency in manual test execution, failure analysis, and validation methodologies.
Experience working with hardware platforms, bring-up scenarios, and low-level debugging tools.
Working knowledge of test management systems, issue management etc.,
Nice to have:
Hands on automation skills in python and/or knowledge of programming with AI usage.
