Senior Director-Client services

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Senior Director to lead enterprise technology operations, digital transformation initiatives. The IT Senior Director will oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and enterprise systems while ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning to support organizational growth, innovation, and security.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute enterprise IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and innovation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery, infrastructure, and systems scalability.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.
Experience in Banking & Financial domain is a plus
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor Managers, engineers, administrators, and support teams.
Build a high-performing technology organization focused on innovation and service excellence.
Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, security, and operational efficiency.
Establish IT governance, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks.
Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, technology procurement, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with business leaders across Finance, HR, Operations, Product, and Security.
Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives and change management programs.
Communicate IT risks, project updates, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and risk teams to strengthen organizational resilience.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Evaluate and negotiate software, hardware, and cloud service agreements.
Represent the IT organization in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Resolve escalated technology and operational issues effectively.
