1. Service Catalog Creation
2. Able to develop requirements as per Change requests.
3. Good Knowledge on Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules and ACLs.
4. Understanding of ServiceNow Integrations.
5. Able to assess and troubleshoot any issues related to ITSM Modules (Incident/Change/Problem/Catalog and Knowledge), HRSD, IRM _ Risk Management
6. Experience and Worked on Notifications and Reports
7. Able to converse well with Clients.
8. Experience in Performance Analytics will be good to have.
9. Should have good ITIL Knowledge.
