Senior Expert Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics
Your role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics Expert. In this pivotal role you sit at the heart of the organisations people strategy - translating business ambitions into workforce action. You will design and deliver solutions and analysis that answer critical questions: Do we have the right skills, in the right places, at the right time? You will partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and the business to turn data into decisions - and decisions into impact.
Main Responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) projects across the organisations priority business areas - from scoping to stakeholder sign-off.
Scale global People Analytics solutions that turn workforce data into actionable HR insights.
Build trusted partnerships with HR, Finance, IT, and senior business leaders to embed SWP thinking at every strategic decision point.
Drive adoption of SWP and analytics tools across sectors through stakeholder enablement, change management, and clear storytelling.
Conduct fit-for-purpose analyses based on HR data - finding pragmatic compromises, navigating challenges with attention to detail, and applying a problem-solving mindset.
Who you are:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in HR, IT, Finance, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business and/or HR planning and analytics in a global, matrixed environment.
Proven experience in strategic consulting, workforce analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Track record of partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape decisions in complex organizations.
Strong data storytelling: generate insights and communicate them clearly to senior management.
Financial and business acumen: connect profit and loss dynamics to workforce planning implications.
Agile project manager: deliver, adapt, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint), with experience applying artificial intelligence in practice and a willingness to adopt additional digital solutions.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
