Profile: Sports Facility Manager-Advertisement-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience: 

2-5 years
(Preferred: Sports facility, turf, cricket academy, sports club, gymkhana, or recreational venue management)

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Roles: 

1. Sports Facility Operations

• Manage daily operations of turf, pickleball courts, cricket ground, and sports facilities
• Ensure smooth functioning of all sports activities and bookings

2. Booking & Software Management

• Handle online and offline bookings through software systems
• Maintain booking schedules, customer records, and payment tracking

3. Customer & Player Coordination

• Coordinate with players, teams, and customers regarding bookings and facility usage
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive experience

4. Ground & Facility Maintenance

• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of sports facilities
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors when required

5. Event & Tournament Support

• Assist in organizing sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities
• Coordinate schedules, participants, and facility arrangements

6. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily operational records and reports
• Monitor facility utilization and provide updates to management

Qualification: 

• Graduate in any discipline
• Sports Management background preferred
• Candidates with practical experience in sports operations can also be considered
