A skilled ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automations across IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate will help reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service reliability through intelligent automation, scripting, and integrations.
* Design and implement automation for Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management
* Automate service catalog workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and escalations
* Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
* Enable alert-to-incident and event-driven ITSM automation
* Improve ITSM process efficiency through continuous optimization
* Implement Service Mapping automation
* Automate CMDB population, relationship creation, reconciliation, and data quality checks
