We are looking for enthusiastic MBA graduates who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development. As a Real Estate Sales executive , you will work closely with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, present suitable real estate solutions, and support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and closing sales transactions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility


  • MBA (Marketing, Sales, Finance, or General Management) Freshers can apply.
  • Recent graduates (12 year of experience).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales.
