Clipchamp\n\nRole overview\n\nAlgoworks is seeking a highly experienced SFDC – B2B Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, integrated and high-performing commerce ecosystems that align with complex business and customer requirements.\n\nThis role requires deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, enterprise integrations, technical governance and solution architecture. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams and technical teams to deliver innovative and scalable digital commerce solutions.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nSolution architecture and design (40%)\nLead the end-to-end architecture for large-scale, complex implementations involving.
Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud.\nDesign holistic solutions that create a seamless flow between commerce storefronts, product catalogs, quoting engines, and backend ERP/CRM systems.\nDevelop comprehensive Technical Architecture Documents (TAD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) that address complex business processes like guided selling, multi-tier pricing, approval workflows, and subscription billing.\nArchitect for high-volume transactions, data synchronization, and performance optimization across the integrated landscape.\nEvaluate and govern the selection of AppExchange packages and custom solutions.\nB2B commerce and CPQ/revenue cloud leadership (30%)\nProvide expert guidance on B2B Commerce platform capabilities, including data models, tax/payment integrations, and custom storefront development.\nArchitect complex product and pricing models in CPQ, including multi-attribute pricing, usage-based pricing, and advanced discounting structures.\nDesign solutions for quote-to-cash processes, integrating with contract management and subscription billing systems.\nDefine the migration and growth strategy for the commerce and CPQ platforms, ensuring they scale with business needs.\nServe as the ultimate technical authority on best practices for B2B Commerce and CPQ.\nTechnical strategy and governance (20%)\nEstablish and enforce technical standards, development best practices, and security protocols for the entire Salesforce platform.\nLead technical governance forums, including architecture review boards and code review sessions.\nMentor and upskill a team of developers and solution architects on advanced commerce and CPQ concepts.\nManage the technical roadmap and drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve platform health.\n\nStakeholder collaboration and integration (10%)\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and VPs of Sales/Marketing to translate complex business requirements into a coherent technical vision.\nArchitect and oversee the implementation of critical integrations with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM, and other enterprise systems using middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) and APIs.\n\nRequired skills and qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with strong architecture and enterprise implementation expertise.\nDeep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture, storefronts, catalog management, cart and checkout flows.\nExpert-level knowledge of Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud including pricing models, quote lifecycle, discounting and subscription management.\nStrong experience in enterprise integrations involving ERP, CRM, middleware and external platforms.\nExperience designing scalable and high-volume transaction-based systems.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, governance and deployment practices.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.\nExperience leading architecture governance and mentoring technical teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.\n\nMust have skills:\n\nSalesforce B2B Commerce architecture and implementation expertise.\nStrong experience with Salesforce CPQ/revenue cloud solutions.\nEnterprise integration experience with ERP and CRM systems.\nExperience with APIs, middleware and MuleSoft integrations.\nSolution architecture, technical governance and system scalability expertise.\nStrong stakeholder and client management capabilities.\nExperience handling complex pricing, quoting and commerce workflows.\nArchitecture documentation and technical leadership experience.\n\nGood to have skills:\n\nSalesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.\nSalesforce CTA certification or active pursuit of CTA.\nB2B Commerce Cloud Digital Developer certification.\nSalesforce CPQ Specialist certification.\nExperience with subscription billing and contract management solutions.\nExperience working with international enterprise clients.\nExposure to Agile and enterprise delivery methodologies.\n\nDesired attributes:\n\nStrong leadership and ownership mindset.\nExcellent communication and consulting abilities.\nStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.\nStrong collaboration and mentoring skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nProactive approach toward innovation and problem-solving.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.\n\nWhy join Algoworks?\n\nOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale Salesforce Commerce transformation projects.\nExposure to global clients and complex digital commerce ecosystems.\nCollaborative and innovation-driven work culture.\nStrong career growth and leadership opportunities.\nOpportunity to work with advanced Salesforce and enterprise integration technologies.\n\nInterview process\n2 rounds of discussion
