Job Description
Draft and maintain company secretarial documents, including board resolutions, notices, minutes, committee documents, and compliance records.\n2. Prepare, organize, and coordinate documents required for ROC filings, MCA compliance, annual filings, and event-based filings.\n3. Track statutory timelines, filing deadlines, approvals, and compliance requirements.\n4.
Maintain statutory registers, records, compliance trackers, and supporting documentation.\n5. Coordinate with external CS firms, consultants, auditors, and compliance professionals.\n6. Support governance, secretarial, and regulatory compliance requirements across company matters.\n7.
Assist internal teams with compliance documentation, execution support, and information requirements.\n8. Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and documentation control for all secretarial and compliance matters.\n\nKey Requirements\n1. Completion of CS article ship is mandatory.\n2.
Beginner-level candidate with a maximum of 1 year of post-article ship or post-qualification experience.\n3. Strong understanding of company law, ROC filings, MCA compliance, statutory registers, board documentation, and secretarial records.\n4. Strong drafting, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.\n5.
