Job Description

Role: Windows OS Server Administrator\n\nLocation: Pune\n\nExperience: 6-8 Years\n\nDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)\nMust-Have\n\n1. Windows Server 2k8 / 2k12 / 2k16 / 2k19 / 2k22 related technologies.\n2. Management of security hardening principles as per the guidelines.\n3.

Understanding of the windows clusters.\n4. Excellent understanding of virtualization, networking, storage.\n5. Apply and manage the GPOs.\n6.

Manage and support server roles like DNS, DHCP etc.\n\nGood-to-Have\n\nPowerShell scripting knowledge.\nUnderstanding Azure / cloud infrastructure.\nHandson experience in virtualization technologies like Nutanix, VMWare.\nManagement and support for the physical server hardware.\n\nSN\nRole descriptions / Expectations from the Role\nResponsible for managing the servers with highest uptime.\nMember of BAU support team, supporting 24/7 in the client environment.\nVendor coordination for hardware issues for physical servers.\nParticipate in the change discussions, implementation etc and resolve the incidents, service requests within the SLAs.
