Branding & Social Media Manager – Sacred Konnakol Rhythms
Sacred Konnakol Rhythms is seeking a creative and technically skilled Branding & Social Media Manager to help
build a global digital presence around South Indian rhythm, Konnakol, devotional music, fusion collaborations, and
original compositions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an established rhythm artist, composer, and
performer to develop a unique artistic brand across digital platforms.
Brand Development
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual and artistic identity for Sacred Konnakol Rhythms
• Create branding guidelines including fonts, colors, logos, thumbnails, and content templates
• Position the brand professionally for both Indian and international audiences
Website & Digital Presence
• Design and manage an artist website
• Integrate Spotify, You Tube, Instagram, performance videos, event calendars, and music releases
• Optimize website for SEO and discoverability
• Maintain mailing lists and audience engagement tools
Social Media Management
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Spotify artist presence, Tik Tok, and Linked In
• Create and schedule posts, reels, shorts, clips, and promotional campaigns
• Grow followers, engagement, and listeners organically
• Create high-quality captions and storytelling around music, rhythm, spirituality, and collaborations
Content Creation
• Edit short-form video content for reels and You Tube shorts
• Create graphics, thumbnails, teaser clips, and promotional material
• Assist in filming and content planning when required
• Repurpose existing performances and recordings into engaging social content
Music Promotion
• Help increase Spotify listeners and You Tube subscribers
• Coordinate digital releases and campaigns
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, podcasts, music blogs, and performance promotion
Analytics & Growth
• Track engagement metrics and audience growth
• Provide monthly reports and recommendations
• Stay updated on social media trends and music marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing artists, musicians, or creative brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and Spotify promotion
• Knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Basic website development skills (Word Press, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
• Interest in Indian classical music, rhythm, spirituality, or fusion music preferred
• Strong English communication skills
Compensation
• Flexible depending on experience, scope, and whether the role is part-time, freelance, or full-time
Location
• Pune preferred, but remote/hybrid arrangements possible
