Job Description
Identify trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.\n- CRM & Sales Tools Management: Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate data capture and usability by the sales team. Train sales teams on CRM best practices.\n- Sales Forecasting & Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans. Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust forecasts as necessary.\n- Sales Enablement & Training: Work closely with the sales enablement team to ensure the salesforce has access to the necessary training, tools, and content.
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing skill development for sales reps.\n- Territory & Quota Management: Support the creation and management of sales territories, ensuring equitable distribution and market coverage. Oversee quota assignments and provide analysis on their effectiveness.\n- Compensation & Incentive Management: Assist in designing and administering sales compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives and motivate the sales team. Track performance against quotas and manage commission payments.\n- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between sales and other departments, such as marketing, product, and finance, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and operational efficiency.\n- Process Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of all sales processes, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with sales protocols and provide training to ensure adoption.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools\n- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)\n- Proven leadership and project management skills in fast-paced environments\n- Experience in managing sales quotas, territory planning, and compensation structures\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
