As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our company.\n\nKey Responsibilities:-\n\nManage and mentor the editing team, assigning projects based on capacity and deadlines.\nOversee the entire post-production workflow, ensuring consistency with JoVE standards, templates, and scripts.\nProvide feedback and training to editors, ensuring high-quality outputs.\nTroubleshoot technical or editorial issues and coordinate solutions with producers and content managers.\nEnsure adherence to quality and project timelines.\nContinuously improve workflows for scalability and efficiency.\n\nQualifications:-\n\n5+ years in video post-production, preferably in scientific, educational, or media environments.\n2+ years managing or leading teams.\nExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop).\nStrong project management skills, managing multiple deadlines and teams.\nFamiliarity with remote post-production, cloud-based tools, and AI-assisted workflows (transcription, automation, etc.).\nExcellent communication skills and a passion for science communication.\nExperience using project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana) to oversee progress and ensure timeline adherence.\nProficiency with review and approval platforms, such as Frame.io, to facilitate feedback loops.\nAbility to work independently in a fast paced environment.\n\nDemo Reel is required as part of the application.\n\nWhy Join JoVE?\n\nA competitive compensation package.\nYou will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and in improving student learning in science education.\nOpportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.\nOur strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
