About Position:\n\nWe are looking for SF Health Cloud Dev Lead with strong expertise in Health Cloud implementations.\n\nRole: SF Health Cloud Dev\nLocation: All Persistent Location\nExperience: 4 to 9 years\nJob Type: Full Time Employment\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Batch, Triggers, Flows, etc. Visualforce and API integration API Strategy and performance optimization REST/SOQL/SOSL development CI/CD tools (Copado/Jenkins).\nKnowledge of Salesforce coding best practices to ensure that his module works within Salesforce governor limits.\nAnalyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.\nDocument and develop code according to specifications and standards\nConfigure/develop application and reports as per plan\nContribute to key deployment documentation\nFamiliarity in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM\nUse case and unit test plan development\nCompliance with all quality control processes and measures\nUnderstand and Develop Reports and dashboardsList viewsUser administrationWorkflow rulesApproval processes Addition of picklist valuesModification of page layouts\nLead case routing rules Email templates Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing\nProvide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution\nParticipate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required\nHas knowledge of Salesforce best practices along with governor limits.\n\nExpertise You'll Bring:\n\nSalesforce Core Custom Object Coupling\nLead hands on SF development\nHands on experience in health cloud\nDevelopment Engineering Leadership\nAnalyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements\nUnderstand and Develop Custom fieldsCustom objectsAnalytic snapshotsRecord typesVisual flowsProcess BuildersAppExchange packages\nDesignation of Apex/visual force (determination of where code must be written, not actually writing the code)Data flow and integration mechanics (not an ETL developer, but may configure an integration if it is GUI-based) Module ownership in following aspects, Estimation Requirement.
