Mandatory Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications.
- Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management modules.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform optimization activities.
- Create technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
