Key Requirements:
  • At least one year hands-on experience in Unix/Linux, Scripting (Shell/Python), AWS Administration or similar Cloud technologies.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 support environment).
  • Flexible attitude with a strong commitment to continuous learning and upskilling to meet customer requirements.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver reliable support in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
  • Knowledge or experience in Splunk is an added advantage.
