" Gather and analyze business requirements.
" Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
" Create functional design documents and process flows.
" Work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
" Support testing, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
" Provide functional support and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills:
" Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service modules).
" Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping.
" Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
" Understanding of workflows, security roles, dashboards, and CRM best practices.
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
" Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
" Experience with Microsoft Power BI and CRM integrations.
