Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities for IT infrastructure, AMC, managed IT services, network support, data center services, end user device solutions, and IT infra staffing.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Heads, and Business Owners.
• Identify opportunities in corporate offices, BFSI, fintech, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, IT/ITES, education, retail, and multi-location enterprises.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business and technical requirements, and coordinate solution discussions with internal technical teams.
• Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and follow-ups for new projects.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build a strong local pipeline across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
• Track opportunities through CRM or internal sales trackers.
• Support client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
• Work closely with delivery, technical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Experience
• 5 to 10 years of business development/ enterprise sales experience.
• Must have experience selling IT infrastructure, managed services, AMC, networking, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, or technology services.
• Strong client network in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, or Pune will be preferred.
• Experience selling to enterprise, mid-market, BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturing, logistics, or corporate clients.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure terms such as LAN, WAN, firewall, server, endpoint, cloud, NOC, SOC, AMC, SLA, data center, and managed services.
• Ability to work independently and bring new logos.

Preferred Background: Candidates from companies involved in IT infrastructure services, system integration, managed IT services, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware sales, AMC, or IT staffing will fit well.
