Essential Job Functions:
- Administer and monitor Performance Managed and PIP scenarios, collaborating with managers for documentation.
- Collaborating with HC Operations, OGC and compliance team for filing different forms and documentation.
- Ensure all exit and performance management activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to PIPs, exits, and performance managed cases.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, exit formalities, and related legal considerations.
