Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 8–14 years of experience in project/program management in technology environments
- Strong technical understanding across:
- Application development (web/mobile)
- APIs and system integrations
- Cloud platforms and DevOps basics
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or data-driven solutions
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Agile/Scrum delivery
- Project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Experience in Agentic AI / intelligent automation ecosystems
- Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Microservices architecture
- Data pipelines and analytics platforms
- Strong ownership mindset (“end-to-end accountability”)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Structured thinking with high attention to detail
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
