Cybersecurity/Network Engineer

About The Job:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Fortinet security solutions, Microsoft Defender security stack, and Cisco Umbrella.
• The role involves network, endpoint, and cloud security operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and compliance support in a large enterprise environment.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with SOC, Infra, and application teams to ensure proactive threat detection, rapid incident resolution, and continuous security posture improvement

Essential Job Functions:
Network & Perimeter Security

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls (policies, NAT, VPN, IPS/IDS, HA).
• Implement and monitor site-to-site and remote access VPNs (IPsec / SSL).
• Perform firewall rule reviews, cleanup, and optimization aligned with security best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Network Security

• Strong TCP/IP and network troubleshooting skills
