About The Job:
- Network Engg/Lead, including designing and planning network systems, overseeing daily network operations for optimal performance, providing technical leadership, managing teams, ensuring network security compliance, monitoring performance, and maintaining documentation
Essential Job Functions:
- Network Architect Responsibilities
- As part of a dynamic team of network architects, you'll contribute to the smooth flow of information by designing and planning computer systems networks.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineers
- Ensure that the network infrastructure complies with industry standards and best practices for security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption
- Monitor network performance and capacity, identify potential bottlenecks or issues and optimize performance and scalability
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future upgrades
Qualifications:
- Exp :- 8-12 years
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and encryption technologies
- Two of the most desired skills here are organizational skills and analytical skills.
- Excellence in communication and teamwork is a must.
- A solid knowledge of the theoretical basics of computer science.
