About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in SAP system administration, architecture, and support.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP landscape management, performance tuning, upgrades, and cloud/on-premise environments.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage end-to-end SAP BASIS administration across multiple SAP landscapes.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and support of SAP systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Handle SAP transport management system (TMS) and system refresh activities.
- Manage user administration, roles, authorizations, and security integration.
- Perform SAP kernel upgrades, support pack upgrades, and database administration coordination.
- Support SAP HANA administration and migrations (if applicable).
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for project delivery and support.
- Ensure system compliance, security, and performance optimization.
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- Experience-9+
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration.
- Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA environments.
- Expertise in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Experience in OS/DB (Windows/Linux, Oracle/SQL/HANA) administration coordination.
- Knowledge of SAP upgrades, migrations, and system copies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in SAP HANA administration and S/4HANA migration projects.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience in global support and large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP BASIS certification.
- Experience with Solution Manager, ChaRM, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of security, GRC, and compliance in SAP environments.
