Essential Job Functions:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Project Altair, an AI-driven Complaints Management initiative within a regulated banking environment.
- The role will ensure structured governance, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and timely execution across Business, Digital, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
- Given the regulatory, reputational, and customer impact of complaints handling, this role requires dedicated focus, strong ownership, and rigorous delivery discipline.
