This role is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing business analysis functions and ensuring the effective delivery of application-related initiatives across the organization. You will lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts while driving governance, consistency, and quality in requirements management and solution documentation. The position plays a key role in aligning business needs with technology delivery, ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders, product teams, and engineering groups. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping standardize BA practices and enhance delivery efficiency. With strong exposure to enterprise and digital transformation programs, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership. Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts across multiple business domains, ensuring high performance and continuous capability building.
- Define and enforce business analysis standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of requirements, including gathering, documentation, validation, traceability, and delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to define priorities and ensure business needs are met.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions to drive clarity, alignment, and shared understanding of objectives.
- Monitor BA deliverables, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely execution across multiple initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide insights and support for strategic decision-making through structured analysis and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong experience leading BA teams in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments, preferably in enterprise or digital transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to define, implement, and maintain BA governance frameworks and best practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and process design tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
