Principal Product Manager - Agentic AI Platform

This is a high-impact platform product leadership role focused on defining and scaling next-generation Agentic AI capabilities within a global enterprise SaaS environment. You will shape how AI agents, tools, workflows, and APIs come together to deliver secure, reliable, and intelligent automation across products and internal systems. The role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, platform architecture, developer experience, and enterprise governance. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, security, and product teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable, production-grade solutions. With a strong emphasis on strategy and execution, you will drive adoption of reusable AI patterns across multiple business functions. This is a remote-first role offering the opportunity to influence how AI is operationalized at scale in a complex, global ecosystem.
Accountabilities:
Lead the end-to-end strategy, definition, and delivery of Agentic AI platform capabilities, ensuring alignment from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
- Define core platform components such as AI agents, tools, orchestration layers, APIs, evaluation frameworks, observability, and governance models
- Partner with engineering, data, security, and product teams to design scalable AI-native architectures across cloud, microservices, and event-driven systems
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across customer experience, onboarding, compliance, support, and internal operations
- Build reusable platform capabilities, standards, and patterns to enable consistent AI adoption across teams
- Establish AI quality frameworks including evaluation datasets, testing strategies, regression validation, and production monitoring
- Ensure strong identity, security, privacy, and compliance controls for all agentic actions and workflows
- Improve developer experience through documentation, onboarding, usability, and internal platform adoption initiatives
- Define and track KPIs related to AI performance, automation success, adoption, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution of the AI platform roadmap
Requirements:
This role requires extensive experience in product leadership within platform or AI-driven environments, combined with strong technical and strategic depth.
- 15+ years of product management experience across SaaS platforms, developer platforms, or AI products
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts including LLMs, agents, orchestration, workflows, and automation systems
- Deep knowledge of AI evaluation techniques such as golden datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, trace analysis, and regression testing
- Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, serverless systems, and enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to build scalable platform products with reusable components and developer-first design principles
- Experience with identity, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security models
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Excellent prioritization and execution skills in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- Ability to translate complex AI systems into clear product strategy and documentation
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and using data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with experience producing PRDs and technical specifications
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields preferred
