This role is a high-impact partnership leadership position focused on building and scaling a strategic AWS-centered go-to-market ecosystem in India. You will be responsible for shaping partner strategy, driving execution, and enabling joint success across AWS, services partners, and internal teams. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from identifying and onboarding partners to driving activation and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior executives across global and local partner organizations to build scalable solutions, repeatable sales motions, and strong pipeline growth. This is a highly cross-functional role that connects sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to accelerate partner-led growth. It is ideal for a commercially minded partnership leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building ecosystems from the ground up.

Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to and help shape the India partner strategy and operating plan, with a strong focus on AWS ecosystem development and partner-led growth.
  • Translate regional AWS partnership strategy into actionable India-specific plans, including target accounts, partner activation models, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with AWS India leadership, partner organizations, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, recruit, and contract services partners aligned with strategic priorities and market opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end partner contracting processes, coordinating with legal, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Drive joint go-to-market execution with AWS and services partners to generate pipeline, win customers, and scale repeatable solutions.
  • Own partner onboarding and enablement, including sales training, technical readiness, and operational setup.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and performance tracking mechanisms for key partnerships.
  • Collaborate across sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify risks, and drive remediation or acceleration strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, enterprise sales, or partner success within enterprise software, consulting, or systems integration environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling AWS or hyperscaler partner ecosystems, ideally within the Indian enterprise market.
  • Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem dynamics, including partner-led go-to-market motions and field alignment.
  • Demonstrated success in building partner portfolios from identification and contracting through activation and scaled execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize investments and drive partner-led revenue growth.
  • Experience managing senior executive relationships while also driving operational execution and accountability.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities.
