Salesforce Senior Developer

This role is a high-impact technical leadership position responsible for designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across complex business environments. You will act as a key technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, development standards, and integration strategies while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, especially Health Cloud, and the ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will lead development efforts across Apex, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. This role also involves mentoring developers, driving DevOps best practices, and supporting continuous platform innovation. It is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in large-scale enterprise implementations and healthcare-focused Salesforce ecosystems.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise business requirements and architectural standards.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external system connections.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, security models, DevOps processes, and release management.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to building technical capability within the team.
- Maintain technical documentation and stay updated with Salesforce releases and ecosystem advancements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, solution design, or technical architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Salesforce DX.
- Proven experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud (mandatory), along with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of security and sharing models, performance optimization, and scalable architecture design.
- Experience in DevOps practices, release management, and deployment automation.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (mandatory).
- Experience working in healthcare or enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations preferred.
