Technical Solutions Engineer II

This role sits at the intersection of engineering support, systems optimization, and cross-functional problem solving within a fast-growing technology-driven operations environment. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions and support for end-user computing infrastructure and internal applications that enable business teams to operate efficiently at scale. The position involves working closely with multiple business units to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement reliable solutions that improve system performance and user experience. You will also contribute to evaluating and deploying new technologies while ensuring stability, scalability, and security across systems. Accountabilities:
- Provide engineering support and technical solutions for end-user computing infrastructure and business applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, application, and infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner
- Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of new tools, technologies, and system enhancements
- Ensure stability, performance, and security of internal systems and applications across the organization
- Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions to improve knowledge sharing and operational consistency
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing systems and user experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or IT solutions roles
- Strong understanding of end-user computing environments, infrastructure, and enterprise applications
- Experience troubleshooting system, network, or application-level issues in production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS tools, or distributed systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to debugging issues
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Exposure to incident management, monitoring tools, or IT service management frameworks is an advantage
