Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

This role sits at the forefront of AI-driven enterprise transformation, combining deep Salesforce expertise with next-generation Agentforce and generative AI capabilities. You will design and architect advanced intelligent solutions that reshape customer engagement, automate workflows, and unlock new business value for global clients. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, project managers, and solution architects to translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures. You will play a key role in defining end-to-end Agentforce solutions, including agents, automation logic, data structures, and deployment strategies. This is a highly impactful role where you will push the boundaries of Salesforce and AI technologies, working on innovative implementations that directly influence enterprise-scale outcomes. You will also contribute to technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment and optimization.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce and Agentforce-powered AI solutions.
- Design and define Agentforce components including topics, instructions, actions, automation logic, and supporting data models.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance Salesforce and AI-based architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, UX designers, and solution architects.
- Oversee solution delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle, from design through development, testing, and deployment.
- Identify technical constraints and explore innovative solutions within Agentforce and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements and emerging AI capabilities to drive continuous innovation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding standards, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in software or application development.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in roles such as developer, lead, or architect.
- Strong proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with additional knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience developing Salesforce solutions including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and source control strategies.
- Exposure to Agentic AI systems, Generative AI, or Agentforce is highly preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
