Event Project Manager

This role is focused on delivering seamless end-to-end event experiences for global clients using a leading digital event platform. You will act as the key liaison between event organizers, sales, operations, and product teams to ensure successful virtual and hybrid event execution. The position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple timelines, and confidence in handling fast-paced client environments. You will oversee project planning, onboarding, and delivery while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. Acting as both a consultant and execution lead, you will help clients translate event requirements into scalable digital solutions. Accountabilities
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of event projects, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and successful delivery across all stakeholders. You will coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to define scope, manage timelines, and maintain high service standards.
- Lead client discussions to gather requirements, define project scope, and align expectations with stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting
- Oversee onboarding and training of clients on the event platform and digital event workflows
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for seamless project handovers and proposal support when required
- Identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted project progress
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all assigned events
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on client needs and improvement opportunities
Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience in managing digital or event-based projects, with strong organizational and client-facing skills. You should be comfortable working under pressure, handling multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality execution in fast-moving environments.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in events, IT, or digital platforms
- Experience in digital event operations such as registration systems, event websites, or virtual event tools
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Degree or diploma in IT, business, or related field is an advantage
