Accountabilities:

- Pitch original story ideas and develop feature content aligned with audience interest and trending financial topics.
- Use traffic and engagement analytics to guide editorial decisions and optimize content performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial market sources to generate exclusive insights and breaking news.
- Drive audience growth by producing high-quality content that increases traffic and subscription conversion.
- Contribute to both short-form breaking news and long-form analytical journalism as required.
- Collaborate with editorial teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and high publishing standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital journalism, preferably within financial or business media.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. stock market, financial instruments, and global market dynamics.
- Excellent command of news writing, AP Style, and journalism ethics and standards.
- Ability to produce both concise breaking news and in-depth feature articles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market movements.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume digital newsroom environments.
- Comfortable using analytics tools to guide editorial strategy and content optimization.
