Conduct enterprise cloud readiness and application portfolio assessments

Analyze existing on-prem and multi-cloud architectures, dependencies, and constraints

Classify workloads using migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild)

Assess security, networking, data, and compliance readiness for GCP adoption

Evaluate scalability, availability, DR, and performance requirements

Identify risks, gaps, and migration blockers with mitigation plans

Define target-state architecture and cloud migration roadmap

Design and implement GCP landing zones and foundational architecture

Lead workload migration waves and provide architectural oversight during execution
