Description:
SIAM Incident & problem Management Own the process across multi vendors/teams and external service providers
• Ensure multi vendor escalated incidents are in line and getting closed with ITIL best practices
• Maintain operational control and structured execution for all the Incident.
• Lead and govern multi vendor involved incidents (P3/P4) as part of Incident Management and oversee the process execution by each of the vendor.
• Provide executive level reporting and dashboarding on incident volumes, severity, trends, and response effectiveness
• Conduct post incident reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement actions
• 10+ years in IT Incident Management
• Experience working in SIAM or multi vendor environments
• ITSM tool experience (e.g., ServiceNow) is a must
• Own the Problem Management process across multi vendor teams and external service providers
• Ensure recurring and major issues are identified, logged, prioritized, and managed in line with ITIL best practices and are tracked and addressed
• Drive structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for multi vendor problems and ensure permanent corrective actions
• Maintain governance and control over the problem backlog, aging, and resolution effectiveness
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are tracked to closure and prevent incident recurrence
• Provide executive level reporting and dashboards on problem trends, root causes, recurrence, and fix effectiveness
• Govern RCA calls are happening from each vendor for each MI and getting tracked
Experience & Skills
• 10+ years in IT Problem Management
• Experience working in SIAM or multi vendor environments
• Strong hands on RCA experience (5 Whys etc., corrective actions and preventive actions )
• ITSM tool experience (e.g., ServiceNow) is a must
