•Develop and customize ArcGIS Pro Add Ins and GIS applications to meet business and project needs
•Design and develop custom ArcGIS Pro Add Ins using Esri SDKs to extend native GIS capabilities
•Develop Python (arcpy) scripts and tools for bulk data processing and automation, LRS route and event management, and data validation, transformation, and quality checks.
•Build reusable custom geoprocessing tools, scripts, and workflows
•Perform APDM to UPDM model conversion through scripted data mapping and migration
•Develop utilities and scripts for UPDM data creation, updates, and consistency checks
Support deployment and automation in ArcGIS Enterprise environments (Server, Portal)
•Optimize scripts and add ins for performance, scalability, and maintainability
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to custom GIS applications
•Maintain well structured, version controlled code and detailed technical documentation
Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision making
