As an Agency Lending Operations Team Lead within Agency Lending Operations, you drive day-to-day delivery across settlements, contract compare, reference data, and billing while meeting firm priorities. You lead and develop a high-performing team that operates with strong controls, clear governance, and a client-first mindset. You partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, improve processes, and consistently meet deadlines.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
  • Lead day-to-day Agency Lending trade management/settlements operations with hands-on ownership.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of capital markets and post-trade operational processes.
  • Execute under pressure while meeting stringent deadlines and service-level expectations.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify issues, escalate appropriately, and drive timely resolution to closure.
  • Improve processes and procedures to enhance quality, controls, and productivity.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that meet client/customer/stakeholder needs.
