Software Engineering Manager - Fullstack

The Role

We are currently seeking a software engineering manager to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You'll lead a full-stack team of engineers and collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver client-facing features that will set us apart from our competitors.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What You'll Do

• Manage a small team of frontend and backend engineers that will grow as you do
• Own technical design and implementation for some of your projects to set a good example for the ICs
• Work with platform teams to deliver features with consistent capabilities
• Drive the career growth of your direct reports
• Stay up to date on industry trends, such as AI tooling, that can make the team more effective
• Collaborate with ADM engineering and product leads in the US, UK and India to drive team-wide process improvements and best practices

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 2+ years managing software engineering teams
• Full-stack, product engineering experience a big plus
• React experience a plus
• Strong experience with Python OR Java will be required
• Experience with AWS will be highly preferred
