Educational qualifications
Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent / post-graduation degree/diploma, Certification in any Saviynt product would be an added advantage.
Work experience
We are looking for a of Saviynt resource with 2-4 years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office and willing to work on shifts
The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of Access Review campaigns, including:
oCampaign creation, scheduling, monitoring, and closure
oReviewer communication and escalation handling
Ensure completeness and accuracy of access certification data, aligning with audit/compliance requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to:
oResolve certification findings
oImprove access control, governance posture
Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, including automation and optimization
Support audit readiness activities by providing certification evidence and reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Saviynt platform capabilities
Maintain a strong focus on risk mitigation, compliance adherence, and data integrity
Mandatory Certification Required:
Saviynt IGA Professional
Technical Skills Required:
At least 24-48 moths of experience in Saviynt product.
Strong experience in:
oAccess Review / Certification Campaigns (Manager, Application Owner, Role-based reviews)
oSegregation of Duties (SoD) and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
Experience in Application Onboarding in Saviynt
Exposure to JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle processes in IAM solutions
Strong working knowledge of:
oSaviynt workflows, certification configurations, and remediation processes
oSQL (complex query writing for reporting and troubleshooting)
oREST APIs and JSON integrations
Behavioral / team skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management (Security, Application owners, Business users)
Ability to:
oWork collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment
oDeliver high-quality work within timelines
oIdentify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities proactively
Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments
Good documentation and presentation skills
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required
Understanding of:
oIAM concepts and governance frameworks
oOperating systems, databases, and target systems integrated with IAM
Basic exposure to:
oScripting / programming (Java, Python, etc.)
oCode repository tools (e.g., Git)
Experience supporting audit, compliance, and certification evidence requirements
