The Finance Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency across finance functions. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objective, your responsibilities will include:
Financial Operations Management
Closely working with the finance team for monthly hyperion reporting, invoicing, managing queries from different stakeholders including onshore/KI
Monthly/Yearly vendor cost provisioning and reconciliations, maintaining and setting up of cost center and project codes
Collaborating with the Senior Manager to track the budget vs actual on monthly basis for all the key KPIs (HC, hours, utilization, costs amongst others)
Process Improvement
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in financial processes and implement automation or optimization solutions.
Develop and maintain SOPs for finance operations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Demonstrate innovative mindset through use of various tools to deliver effective & efficient solutions
Actively participate in team development activities like delivering technical training sessions, acting as the performance manager, mentoring the junior team members to support building most competent audit teams
