KPMG is currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Learning & Change with a strong background in instructional design and change management for our Consulting practice. The role focuses on designing and delivering integrated learning and change solutions that enable business transformation, drive user adoption, and support sustainable behavioral change across client organizations. The incumbent will work closely with functional managers, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to assess learning and change needs, define adoption strategies, and implement impactful learning and change interventions.

  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles, including change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessment, and adoption planning.

  • Ability to design, develop and deliver new age learning modalities, such as gamified learning, microlearning, mobile learning would be an added advantage.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience to identify, select and recommend a variety of training modalities, learning strategies and technologies for a learning solution.

  • Ability to apply proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning.

  • Proficient in industry standard design / rapid authoring tools such as Articulate / Captivate / Lectora / Camtasia and SAP Enable Now / WalkMe etc. and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools (The candidate should be aware of the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.)

  • Exceptional design and writing skills along with strong editing and reviewing skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

  • Lead change management workstreams within largescale business and digital transformation programs, ensuring effective adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

  • Own and drive change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations to identify rolebased impacts, adoption risks, and capability gaps across impacted user groups.

  • Design and execute integrated change strategies encompassing communication, learning, engagement, and reinforcement interventions aligned to transformation milestones and business outcomes.

  • Translate identified change impacts into rolebased learning journeys, combining formal training, experiential learning, job aids, and reinforcement mechanisms to enable behavior change.

  • Partner closely with client stakeholders, Functional Managers, and SMEs to align change and learning approaches with operating model shifts, process redesigns, and technology deployments.

  • Develop and oversee highquality change and learning deliverables, including change impact logs, adoption plans, communication assets, training curriculum, and training materials.

  • Apply structured change methodologies to manage resistance, adoption risks, and stakeholder concerns, recommending targeted mitigation and reinforcement actions.

  • Provide daytoday leadership and quality oversight to team members, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and change relevance of deliverables.

  • Establish and maintain change and learning governance, standards, templates, and review mechanisms to ensure scalable and repeatable delivery across engagements.

  • Track and report on change adoption progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating insights and recommendations to Project Leads and senior client stakeholders.

  • Suggest clients on learning modality selection and change sequencing, leveraging digital learning, microlearning, simulations, and onthejob enablement approaches where appropriate.

  • Support engagement management activities including planning, effort estimation, proposal inputs, and solution shaping for change and learning components of transformation programs.
