Professional Project Management qualification (PMO), Certified Project Manager (Prince2, PMP or equivalent) preferred
Work experience
7+ years of relevant experience with a Big4 or similar organization in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients
We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager(AM) in Change & Transformation Team. Working as an AM, your responsibilities will include:
Support multiple projects across multiple development and business teams.
Working closely with project sponsors, business leads, Audit SMEs and project teams to support process redesign projects to ensure that business change opportunities are identified, assessed, planned, monitored and delivered to optimize benefits
Fundamental to the role is the ability to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within expected timescales, and achieve the stated business objectives.
Core to this role is the ability to create and maintain project plans, ensuring collaboration across the project teams, effective stakeholder management skills and timely communication of project progress, risks and issues
Leveraging internal business SMEs and drawing on own creativity, knowledge and skills to provide operational solutions to meet change requirement
Ensuring the target policy, procedures and practices in scope of the project are fully documented in line with standard KPMG practices
Design and document Target Operating Models, including end-to-end process flow diagrams and process documentation
Make regular contact with leads to take feedback on quality of work delivered
Work with the relevant people on training sessions needed based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews
