Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to foster business expansion by identifying qualified leads, nurturing potential clients, and transforming opportunities into enduring partnerships.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates should possess demonstrated experience in meeting revenue goals and managing sales pipelines for Digital Marketing Services, including SEO, PPC, SMO, GMB, Website Development, ORM, and associated solutions. Practical expertise in managing the entire sales process-from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals-is essential.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in selling Digital Marketing Services is essential.
  • Background in Digital Marketing Agencies is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and the capability to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales as well as business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales workflows.
  • Ability to work autonomously and consistently meet targets.
  • Excellent skills in building relationships and providing customer service.
  • Competence in MS Office, Google Workspace, and various sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
  • Previous experience in selling Digital Marketing Services is essential.
  • Experience working within Digital Marketing Agencies is strongly preferred.

Experience

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in end-to-end sales, lead generation, business development, client acquisition, with mandatory experience in Digital Marketing Service Sales.
