Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Technical Execution: Build and maintain backend features using Python and Django, following defined architecture and best practices.
· Collaboration: Work with the Design Team to translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive components.
· API Integration: Collaborate with the Internal Backend Team to ensure seamless data integration via REST APIs.
· Performance & Quality: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
· Project Delivery: Contribute to the frontend delivery lifecycle, from initial development to final deployment.

Technical Requirements (Primary)
· Technical Execution: Build and maintain scalable backend services and data models using Python and Django, following defined architecture and best practices.
· API Development & Integration: Design APIs for the React frontend and robustly consume external APIs to fetch critical infrastructure data.
· Workflow Orchestration: Integrate backend services with task execution layers (like Airflow or Celery) via REST API, ensuring payloads are accurately passed and execution states/logs are reliably stored in the database.
· Performance & Quality: Optimize database queries (PostgreSQL/Django ORM) for maximum speed and scalability, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure robust unit testing coverage.
· Project Delivery: Contribute to the backend delivery lifecycle, from initial architectural design to final deployment in containerized environments.
Technical Requirements (Secondary)
· Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Storage Management concepts (e.g., SAN/NAS, Object Storage, or other Hitachi Storage Concepts) to understand the underlying data models.
· Task Orchestration: Basic to intermediate understanding of workflow management tools (Apache Airflow or Celery) and how they integrate with core backend systems.
· Infrastructure Context: Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and experience with single-pod architectural deployments in enterprise environments.
· System Awareness: Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and how backend services interact with low-level storage APIs.
Soft Skills
