Senior Expert
Job Description
The Senior Expert will be a critical member of the Global Output Transformation Team, driving strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen the RUN & Future of Ops Program through efficiency, standardization, automation, and operational maturity.
This role requires a strong STEMoriented mindset, combining analytical thinking, datadriven decision making, and technology enablement to design scalable, highimpact solutions. The incumbent will lead automation, productivity, and Gen AI-driven initiatives in partnership with Technology and Operations teams, ensuring tangible financial and operational outcomes.
The role demands close collaboration with stakeholders across Data Operations, Operations Leadership, Product, Technology, and the broader Transformation organization to elevate delivery quality, process reliability, and client experience.
Key Accountabilities
Transformation, Standardization & Continuous Improvement
Apply structured problemsolving, continuous improvement frameworks, and STEMbased analytical approaches to design and implement standardized, compliant, and efficient operating models.
Embed rightfirsttime execution and best practices across the Data Operations ecosystem.
Use data, metrics, and process diagnostics to identify systemic gaps and improvement opportunities.
Automation, AI & Technology Enablement
Own endtoend strategic initiatives leveraging automation, analytics, AI/Gen AI, and emerging technologies to drive operational excellence.
Translate STEM concepts (data analysis, algorithms, logicbased workflows) into practical process reengineering and automation solutions.
Partner closely with Technology teams to define requirements, validate designs, test solutions, and ensure scalable implementation.
Strategic Project Ownership
Lead complex, crossfunctional transformation initiatives involving data, systems, workflows, and stakeholder alignment.
Identify and prioritize opportunities using quantitative analysis, business cases, and impact modeling.
Ensure measurable outcomes through KPIs, benefits tracking, and postimplementation validation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
Engage senior stakeholders with clear, evidencebased insights supported by data, analysis, and structured recommendations.
Produce executiveready documentation, process maps, system logic, and performance dashboards.
Productivity & Financial Impact
Quantify and deliver productivity gains, cost efficiencies, and quality improvements through automation and workflow optimization.
Use data analytics to track savings, utilization improvements, and operational performance improvements.
Qualifications
Strong ability to proactively identify bottlenecks using analytical and quantitative techniques.
Proven experience working across global and multiregional teams, incorporating diverse operational perspectives.
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and produce actionable insights.
Proven automationfirst and technologyenabled mindset, with experience collaborating closely with Technology and data teams.
Comfort working with:
Data analysis, metrics, and performance measurement
Logical process design and system thinking
Automation concepts (rulebased, AIassisted, workflow orchestration)
Ability to connect technical solutions with realworld operational and business outcomes.
