Job Description -
Good-to-Have DevOps Knowledge, Agile Knowledge, Healthcare Domain Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proficiency in Python and experience with generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure), and data interoperability standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of generative AI engineers, fostering growth and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven solutions for data exchange.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI applications using approved generative AI tools and frameworks.
Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and security standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the team's capabilities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new use cases for generative AI in health information interoperability.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Desirable Skills
Healthcare experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or CCD. |
